1.2 The SuperMap User Service Agreement includes any forwarded guidelines or rules applicable to specific Content or Services (as defined below) and, as updated by SuperMap from time to time. 1.3 User must read this agreement before using any Content or Services provided by SuperMap. In case, if user disagree with SuperMap User Service Agreement at any time and any stage it will cause termination of the services provided by SuperMap.
2.1 After completing the registration application and submit it, you will get access to our services. You must provide valid, accurate, legal and complete information during registration process and keep updating these timely. In case, if you provide any invalid, inaccurate, illegal or incomplete information it will cause termination from our services at any time and any stage.
2.2 Once you get registered with our account, you will get access to our several online services.
2.3 We keep all the information confidential during browsing and trading such as your personal name, company name, communication address, contact number, e-mail address etc. Unless, authorized by you or otherwise required by law, we do not disclose your privacy information to the outside world.
2.4 Account information will be generated after your successful registration to our system. It is your responsibility to carefully store and use the registration information such as your user name and password. You may be subject to password leak due to improper storage from your side. If you find any illegal use of your account or a security break, please notify us immediately and report the case to the public security organ.
2.5 You are not allowed to lend your account to others, otherwise you shall bear all the liabilities arising therefrom and bear joint and several liability with the actual user. We have the rights to terminate the services at any time and any stage.
2.6 You must abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and use our Content or Services correctly. In case, if you violate any of the terms of this agreement, we shall have the rights to suspend or terminate services according to the agreement after notifying you. At the same time, we reserve the right to recover the account number and user name at any time and any stage.

7.3 You understand and agree that any claim, loss claimed by or against any third party arising out of or in connection with your breach of this agreement, including reasonable attorneys' fees, shall be paid to us and the cooperating company, affiliated company and protect it from damage.
8.1 You understand and confirm that in the course of using the service, risk factors such as force majeure may be encountered, causing the service to be interrupted. Force majeure is an act that can’t be foreseen, can’t be overcome, and can’t be avoided. It has a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, and social events such as war, turmoil, government actions, etc. In the above situation, we will try our best to cooperate with the relevant units in the first time to repair in time. In case, if any damage caused to the user or the third party, we and the cooperation unit are exempted from the law.
8.2 This service, like most Internet services, may be affected by various security issues, including but not limited to your reasons, network service quality, social environment and other factors, such as the use of user information by others. Software downloaded or installed by users or other websites that are accessed contain viruses that threaten the security of the user's computer information and data, which in turn affects the normal use of the service. You should strengthen the information security and your information protection awareness and pay attention to strengthen password protection to avoid loss and harassment.
8.3 You understand and confirm that the service is interrupted or unsatisfied due to force majeure, computer virus or hacking, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technology, internet, communication line, etc. we do not assume any responsibility for the risk of the your request and therefore any loss to the user or third party.
8.4 You understand and acknowledge that there are misleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal information or infringement of the rights of others, from any other person in the course of using the Service. We do not accept any liability for any loss of information about you or third party caused by the anonymous or impersonal information and the behavior accompanying the information.
8.5 You understand and confirm that we need to repair or maintain the software or platform regularly or irregularly as per the scenario. In case, if the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, we do not need to bear any responsibility for this, but we will give an advance notice in this scenario, if any.
8.6 We has the right to deal with illegal or breach of contract content in accordance with laws and regulations and this agreement. This right does not constitute our obligation or commitment. We cannot guarantee the timely detection of illegal or breach of contract or deal with it accordingly.
8.7 You understand and acknowledge that we are not responsible for the quality defects of the following products or services provided by us and any losses incurred by us:
8.8 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or penalties, including loss of profits suffered as a result of your usage of the service (even if we have the possibility of being informed of such losses is also the case).
